It's also a great spot for marshland birds & numerous wildlife including moose. Limited to 10 HP motors, this is a paddler's dream from your own dock. You'll hear little sound other than the loons. The year-round home has a massive field stone fireplace in the living room and an extra-large eat-in kitchen and updated bathrooms. The rustic pine paneled interior has built-in bunks in the living room for extra guests, in addition to the three bedrooms plus bonus room upstairs. A wide deck sweeps around the house for panoramic views of the mountains and sunset views over Kearsarge, Black Cap & Hurricane Mountains. Could there be a better place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails? I think not!
