Still Standing: I am the house that has stood the test of time. I may show some wear & tear but yet I have survived. Awaiting my new people, perhaps some pets too, I serve as a home just waiting for you. The true brick exterior with many original features will keep you warm and cozy, for all of the seasons. My wide pine floors & plaster may show that lived in flair, but I am worth the effort if you travel here. My cabinets of real wood are still useful & good; not made of sawdust, glue & fake wood. The windows are old, yes that is true, but nowhere else can have this magnificent view. The bathrooms of two are functional & fit, though the color of red may be hard I admit. My roofs and sills are solid and newer, so you can rest easy I don't need a suture. Some maintenance and repairs are normal for me. So, I can stand grand for your friends to all see. You must like the old and unlike the new, if you're searching for me, I will welcome you. Old I admit, but stately and strong, I offer you 140 acres, gardens, and ponds. For under a million I am proud to present, a quintessential farm for you; heaven sent. I can pay my own way with vegetables & fruit, but you must be willing to help me produce. 140 acres of trails, house & cleared area for barn; there is no other property like me as a farm.
