Ready for your vision! 70 Roberts Road is a 2 bed, 1 bath single wide in Lee Oak Cooperative, a resident owned and pet friendly community just off Route 125 in Barrington. Some of the big items are already in place: a metal roof, replacement vinyl windows, and newer plank flooring in the living room. The kitchen has been taken down to the subfloor and is ready for you to choose every finish from the floor up. A barn wood accent wall with a pass through connects the kitchen and living room. Down the hall, you'll also find two bedrooms and a full bath with a tub and shower plus laundry. Outside there's a newly built deck, hangout space, and a large shed with a new metal roof on a lot backed by mature trees. Minutes to shopping at the Lee Traffic Circle with easy access to Route 4 and the Seacoast. Co-op approval required for all potential residents over 18 years old. 4 person maximum
