Born and raised in the Upper Valley, Devin has deep local roots and a lifelong passion for real estate. His family owns Sabil & Sons—the red tow trucks known throughout the region—which instilled in him a strong sense of integrity, reputation, and hard work. After years of moving with his family and watching the homebuying process unfold, Devin’s interest in real estate turned into hands-on experience, interning with their longtime agent and shadowing transactions from start to finish.

He studied Marketing at Johnson & Wales University and later founded Upper Valley Media Solutions, a creative agency helping small businesses grow through branding, websites, and social media. That background gives Devin’s clients a distinct advantage when it comes to presenting homes and understanding market trends.

Devin’s husband, Leo, comes from a family with over 30 years of experience in real estate development across Greece and Montreal. Together, they share a love for investing, renovation, and keeping a close eye on the market.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys skiing, cycling, playing tennis, and spending time with their golden retriever, Loki. After living in cities like Charlotte, Providence, Montreal, and Miami, he knows there’s nowhere quite like the Upper Valley—and he’s proud to help others call it home.

Devin is a licensed real estate agent in Vermont and New Hampshire and is currently welcoming new clients.
