Jeff is an Upper Valley native who grew up in Hartford, Vermont. The Fogg family is made up Real Estate investors, contractors, masons, painters, and more. From an early age Jeff saw what success looks like in the Real Estate industry. The Fogg legacy continues to provide its expertise through Jeff and his father, Nelson Fogg Sr. who continues to invest in Real Estate at the spry age of 87.

Jeff found true inspiration in watching his wife, Jenny Snyder Fogg, foster relationships in Real Estate for more than 20 years. It was through her perseverance that the Foggs established Black House Real Estate in 2021.

Jeff comes to Black House with nearly forty years of owning and operating Fogg’s Painting and he has a vast knowledge of homes in the Upper Valley. He’s built a dependable clientele that continue to call him for all interior and exterior painting needs from home to home.

For thirty years, Jeff managed numerous multi-family rental properties with Jenny. He’s looking forward to applying his long standing experience in home service to Real Estate.

Jeff resides in Norwich, Vermont with his wife Jenny and their dog Phoebe. When he isn’t working you can find Jeff at home taking care of his property, throwing the ball to Phoebe, and taking the boat out on the lake on warm summer days.
