Clean out the grill and wipe it down 

Regular maintenance throughout the Summer season gives you peace of mind for future grilling- whether that be next week or next Summer! Before Fall, it is important to check gas lines, burner covers, and other elements that may need replacing before giving it one last thorough cleaning and storing it away. Clean out gutters

Check that all downspouts are securely fastened to your home's exterior. Check for clogs, holes, rust, sagging, and cracks - especially at the seams. Trim branches that hang over your gutters. Check your roof 

Your roof protects the integrity of your entire home and it is a crucial part of the ventilation in your home during these warmer months. Make any necessary repairs for slipping shingles, flashing, and check for weather damage.
